Recently, Marge has gotten much more attached to Papillon.
She keeps an eye on her all the time:

She likes to sit close. She would have sat even closer (aka on top of her) if I had let her)
Papillon also likes to stare at Marge.
Perhaps this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship....
...or just a sign of super-paranoid puppy.
