Working

They've been working really hard on this one patch of ground lately.

They keep going over and over it with the tractor and a plethora of tractor-attachments.

Marge was quite frightened of it when it was close to us. But once it was a safe distance away, she liked it.

I am sure farming is hard work, but to be perfectly honest, I am kind of envious of it. It looks calming, almost theraputic. Back and forth, up and down in his tractor he goes. You don't go slowly, but you can't rush it. Outside of making sure you drive an efficient pattern, you really can't plow a field faster than the tractor will yet you. Not to belittle the amount of know-how that must go into farming (that I definitely don't have), but its a simple work. Not a hectic work. Not a drama filled work. Just, plain, good old fashion hard work.

haha, yeah... shooting squirrels is part of our lease agreement ("only in the valley" :-P) and C shoots them out of our bedroom window-- quite exciting!
