During:
It was at this point, where Mon Amour and I had to take a step back and decide if our 75% off paint was really the color we wanted. Not going to lie, it looks a little pink in the wrong light.
As soon as my paintbrush hit the wall, we both understood why the original owner returned the paint. We had the exact same thought process I am sure. It was not quite the "beige" that it appeared to be.
But, for us, the damage was done, and we pushed through, eventually deciding that it is not pink, it is just "skin tone". (or "Flesh Colored" as I put it...but Skin Tone sounds nicer).

Beautiful Skin Tone colored walls. All 4 of them actually! We did them one at a time, because we weren't sure how far the paint would go. But it got us all the way!
We are quite pleased with the results. The living room is much warmer now.
The only question that remains is....do we leave the trim white? Or do we paint it with the beautiful 50% off green pain that we got?
At first the plan was green-trim all the way, but now we are indecisive (probably because I am tired of painting at the moment). What do you think - white? or green?

Oooh! Soooo beautiful1 Nice job!
Wow, white or green...tough choice..don't think you can make a bad one!
Bravo!
I vote white... you have lots of other colors going on in your house... and with the green in the kitchen too... plus all the color already present in the living room... perhaps the white will be a "cottage style" feel. Clean and accenting the warmth and tone of the skin tone. =)
