Technically it is neither a fish, not a filet. It's beef, and a "London Broil" *, it was on sale for super cheap, and it was HUGE! (3lbs...we may have to have guests over to help with this one)
But, I was wrapping it up to freeze it, and thought it looked like a fish....which obviously made it blog-worthy.
*In quotes because I have read that though the grocery store calls it this, the term ONLY refers to a method of cooking, not a cut of meet. You Can "London Broil" anything...or so I am told.
